Documents

There are many important documents that are needed when selling and/or purchasing a home in a Homeowners Association or Condominium Association.  See below for some key items needed, as well as estimated costs associated with obtaining those documents.

  1. SoHome Management uses www.homewisedocs.com for all requests.

  2. No Emailed or Faxed requests will be accepted by SoHome Management.  All orders must be placed via www.homewisedocs.com

  3. Cost per request will not exceed $350.  Final cost is dependent on package selected, and any applicable rush fees.  

  4.  Orders are completed on the requested due date.  Please allow enough time between the requested due date, and closing date, for the order to be completed.

  2. Non-Homeowners may request these documents through www.homewisedocs.com

  3. If you need the Certificate of Insurance Updated, or have specific insurance questions, please utilize the contact information made available on the Certificate of Insurance and/or other requested documents.
