About Us

SoHome was established by Sarah Hohwald, an Atlanta Native with a passion for real estate.  After doing personal investing and rental management, she stepped into the Community Association Management space in 2016.  After working under other firms, she recognized a need for an intown firm that understands what its like to live in a community or condominium inside the city limits.  SoHome was reborn as an intown, boutique style company that also focuses on green initiatives, professionalism, efficiency, and technology.
